- Step 2: Enter full credit card number.
- Step 3: Click the Continue button to validate your identity.
- Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions to recover your user ID or reset the password.
How To Apply For Citi ThankYou® Premier Card
- Step 1: Visit the above card features page and click on the blue colored Apply Now This link is available below the picture of the card. Similarly, you can apply over the phone by dialing 1-800-324-3391.
- Step 2: Enter your full legal name, detailed mailing address, primary phone number, and work or mobile number. Then, enter your email address, social security number, and select if you are a US citizen. Then, select the security word hint and a security word.
- Step 3: Specify the financial particulars like your annual income, monthly mortgage / rent payment, and specify your bank account type.
- Step 4: Select in case you want to add any authorized user and then, provide relevant particulars about the authorized user.
- Step 5: Accept the Electronic Disclosure.
- Step 6: Accept the terms and conditions.
- Step 7: Click on the Submit button to send your application to Citi for approval.
How To Activate Citi ThankYou® Premier Card
- Step 1: Dial 1-800-950-5114 to contact Citi credit cards customer service. Then, follow the instructions to activate the card. Alternately, locate and click the Activate a Card Link. This link is available on the above Sign On page.
- Step 2: Enter the credit card number.
- Step 3: Click on the Continue
