- Step 1: Visit the online application page for Reflex MasterCard® Credit Card on the Continental Finance website. Click on the Apply Now button below the card picture.
- Step 2: Enter your full legal name and detailed home address.
- Step 3: Then, enter your email address.
- Step 4: Continue by providing the primary and secondary phone number.
- Step 5: Specify the duration of residence at the above address and select the correct type of the residence.
- Step 6: Select if you have a checking account, you are US citizen, and accept electronic communication and privacy policy.

- Step 1: Dial 1-866-449-4514 to contact credit card customer service from your registered primary phone number. Follow instructions to activate the card. The line is open between 7 am to 10 pm from Monday to Friday and between 9 am to 1pm on Saturdays on Eastern Times.
