- Step 1: Click on the Having Trouble with Your Username or Password link on the above log in page.
- Step 2: Enter your first and last name.
- Step 3: Specify your birth date.
- Step 4: Then, provide last 4 digits of your SSN.
- Step 5: Click on the Submit button to verify your identity. Follow instructions on subsequent pages to reset your password or retrieve user name.
How To Apply For Fidelity® Rewards Visa Signature® Credit Card
- Step 1: Visit the above card features page. Click on the Apply Now button available above the card picture.
- Step 2: Login to apply online. Similarly, you need to dial 888-325-6196 on Monday to Friday between 8 am to 10 pm ET, then, on Saturdays and Sundays between 10 am to 8 pm ET to apply over the phone.
- Step 3: Link your Fidelity account number. Then, provide personal information like name, phone number, email address, residential address, mailing address if different from the residential address, status of the housing and monthly housing payment.
- Step 4: Enter your SSN, birth date, mother’s maiden name, and select country and the status of citizenship. Then, select the employment status and options for the balance transfer and an additional cardholder. Provide necessary information if your response is yes.
- Step 5: Review terms and conditions. Then, Click on the Continue button to send your application for approval.
